Crocodile Bay Lodge, Costa Rica
| Your trip begins with being picked up at the airport. You will then be transferred to your choice of 4 star hotels in downtown San José. After a “wild night” in San José, Puerto Jimenez is only a small airport and a 45 minute flight away. Crocodile Bay Lodge is adjacent to the Puerto Jimenez airport. Once you check in and have breakfast, you will proceed down to your boat for some of the best fishing this planet has to offer. After your day on the water you can either take a ciesta, dip in the pool, hit the bar for appetizers and cocktails, or (my favorite) the spa. At dinner you will see everyone’s catches on the board and meet the fishing director: Todd Staley. Todd is one of the most knowledgeable saltwater anglers in the world and the lodge’s greatest asset; he will make sure your catching fish and having a great time. After your time at the lodge, your trip includes another night in San José before heading home.
